STEP 1 - FINDING THE PERFECT LOT
Exploring the MLS and Exclusive listings throughout the Greater Toronto Area, we locate the perfect lot to build your home on. With great knowledge and expertise, we do the calculations to make sure your investment is safe with us. Our goal is to maximize the reward whilst reducing the risk. Before we get into a Purchase Agreement, we check the local zoning by-laws, check the lot for any special designations, restrictions from the conservation authority and etc, to make sure the final product is exactly what you love.
STEP 2 - PLANNING AND BUILDING PERMITS
We keep every home unique yet consistent with the neighbourhood. We draw the layouts based on Client needs. Observing local zoning by-laws, we make all the spaces in your home functional and practical. Need a little extra space or a higher roof? We can represent your proposal to the local Committee of Adjustment. After obtaining the zoning certificate, we prepare the Structural and HVAC Drawings based on Ontario Building Code and submit them for approval to the local municipality.

STEP 3 - CONSTRUCTION
The most exciting stage. Now that we have the building permits, design specifications, and budget schedule, we can proceed with bringing your dream into reality. Our team of skilled professionals will work alongside each other to complete this stage on time and deliver your home exceeding your expectations. We all will be emotionally invested in every project and our Client satisfaction is our number one priority.
STEP 4 - WARRANTY AND CLIENT CARE
We take pride in providing our clients with exceptional Client Care. We provide you with a 24/7 emergency contact number for you to call us anytime. As a Tarion Registered Builder, we set our goals even higher than the industry standards. On the Delivery Day, you will also be provided with a Homeowner's Guide for a list of recommendations regarding maintenance and we will walk you through every item.
